What is the waiting time for an appointment?
We can normally arrange an appointment within the week, sometimes the same day. Podiatry appointments are longer. If you can't see an appointment online, please ring reception and we can pop you on our holding list for a cancellation slot.
How long do the appointments take?
This depends on the therapist you see, if it's a first appointment this can be up to an hour, and follow ups 30mins
Is there parking outside?
There is street parking outside the clinic or public parking by Waitrose which is a short walk.
What do I need to wear?
A vest Top and shorts, depending on the area of the body to be treated.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice please!
Do you do home visits?
We can arrange Physiotherapy Home Visits through reception.
Which Therapist should I see?
This depends on your symptoms. We are more than happy to arrange a call back with one of our therapists to verify the best course of action for your particular issue.
